AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy is an exciting program designed to get owners and their puppies off to a good start. AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy provides a good lead-in to earning the Canine Good Citizen title.

Prerequisites: 6 Months to 1 year of age .

Class size: Limited to 6 puppies 

Tuition: $185
Duration: Once a week for 6 weeks. Classes run 45 minutes.
Instructor: Jan Floyd

At the end of the 6 weeks Your instructor will administer the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy test . Upon passing the test, you’ll get an application to send to AKC for enrollment in AKC S.T.A.R. puppy program. Upon completion your puppy will receive the AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy Medal and Frameable Certificate.

All breeds are welcome to participate in this program including purebreds and mixed breeds.
